Dash cam video of police chase in MissouriMay 24, 2012 ST. ROBERT, Mo. -- Law enforcement officers chased Cody Willcoxson from Fort Leonard Wood to Rolla after Willcoxson attempted to enter the post with an assault rifle. This video of the chase was recorded by a camera mounted on the dashboard of St. Robert police officer Trenton Herr. At 2:45, Willcoxson begins firing at the officer while being pursued on Interstate 44. At 14:25, Willcoxson exits off I-44 into the city of Rolla. At 18:47, Willcoxson arrives on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus, exits the car and enters McNutt Hall. He was captured later that afternoon south of Rolla.

He led police through the streets and highways of Fort Worth and Arlington. The audio in this video is what SKY 4 photographer Mike is listening to during the chase. Wild Police Pursuit - Orlando FloridaMay 20, 2012 ORLANDO, Fla. — Two suspects who thought officers were chasing them caused a 4-car pileup near downtown Wednesday, police said. Darrius Lowe, 21, and David Williams, 20, were wanted in connection to a home invasion earlier that day, according to WFTV. Aerial footage shows their vehicle move haphazardly through traffic near downtown before the crash. Police — who had a description of the vehicle from a teenager who was inside the home — saw the car but had not yet pursued it, deputies said, and they belive the suspects thought the news helicopter belonged to law enforcement. "They fled of their own volition, at high rates of speed. Our feeling is that what they thought was a law enforcement aircraft," Jeff Williamson of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said. Three other drivers were injured and two were treated at the hospital, according to My Fox Orlando. Two dogs that jumped from one of the cars were later found safe. According to reports, Lowe and Williams were treated at the hospital, to be jailed upon release. A firearm and marijuana were found in their Toyota.

Denton, TX Police ChaseMay 09, 2012 After a pursuit through Denton County, Corinth Police arrested a suspect that resembles a bank robbery suspect. In searching the suspect's vehicle however, they found multiple credit cards that were not in the man's name. The chase started shortly after 4 pm on Friday October 21, 2011. The suspect led police through busy streets and neighborhoods, sometimes even hopping the curb to escape. Finally police threw down stop sticks and the man pulled over into an apartment complex and was forced out of the vehicle. No one was hurt during the chase.
